The National Guard is the only branch of military service that has a unique full spectrum mission of providing forces at both the State and Federal level. Our mission is to provide the Dept of the Army and Air Force with operationally-ready units and personnel in support of the Total Force and for war, national or state emergency. As a community based organiztion, the NH National Guard provides support to local organizations and civic action projects whenever possible.

General Information:

Employer support of the Guard & Reserve is a Department of Defense volunteer organization. We provide free education, consultation &mediation for employers of Guard & Reserve employees. Out stated mission is "to gain and maintain support from all public and private employers for the men and women of the National Guard and Reserve as defined by demonstrated employer commitment to employee military service.
